Vision and Goal

 

Vision

To build and ensure a quality culture at the Institutional level. The IQAC meant for planning guiding and monitoring quality assurance (QA) and Quality Enhancement (QE) activities of the college.

 

Goal

• To Develop and apply of quality benchmark/parameters for the various academic and administrative activities of the colleges.
• To be driving force for all academic activity to enhance quality and remove deficiency.
• To channelize the efforts towards academic excellence.
• To encourage department to use ICT tools for teaching learning to establish student learning centric environment.
• To encourage the department to organize seminar, workshops, orientations program, Hand-On-training for teaching, non-teaching faculties as well as students
• To access the annual progress of the department through internal and external Audit system.
• To develop an institutional data base and documentations for various accreditations activities.
• To build strong feedback system for students,parents, and other stakeholders on quality–related institutional processes.

Functions

• Plays a Vital role in coordinating various activities for dissemination of best methods and practice.
• Practice ethical work culture in the College.
• Organizing inter and intra institutional workshops, seminar, awareness program, hand-on-training, project exhibition and research activity.
• Ensuring learner-centric ambience in college functioning.
• Preparations of AQAR, academic and Administrative Audit report annually, conducting IQAC meeting regularly.
• To advice the governing body on infrastructure development, basic facilities on the basis of feedback analysis of various stakeholder.
• Become a dynamic system for quality changes.
